Singh is also recognized for his role in the film The Ghazi Attack (2017), where he portrayed a Pakistani naval commander. In addition to acting, he has written screenplays and dialogues for films such as Kaante (2002) and Kachchi Sadak (2006).

In 2018, he married actress-entrepreneur Saloni Sharma. In December 2022, Singh announced that he and Saloni were expecting their first child, with the baby due in early 2023. Professionally, Singh is the CEO of Yuva Tiger Entertainment and Media Works, focusing on film production and marketing.
