Reef Neeman was born on December 26, 1997, in Kfar Tavor, Israel. She is of mixed Moroccan and Uruguayan descent. From a young age, she aspired to be part of the entertainment industry. At 13, she began her modeling career, working with Israeli brands like Blue Bird, Fox Kids, and Octopus. After completing her mandatory military service as a lieutenant colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces, she pursued acting. Neeman made her acting debut in 2018 with the TV series On the Spectrum and has since appeared in several acclaimed Israeli productions.

Reef Neeman's acting career began with her role as Lior in the 2018 series On the Spectrum. She gained further recognition portraying Yaara Zarhi in the third season of Fauda (2020), a role that showcased her versatility.
