Biography
Sarah Jane Taylor was born on May 20, 1989, in Whitechapel, London. She began her cricket journey at Brighton College and made her international debut for England in 2006 at the age of 17. Over her 13-year career, Taylor became one of the most accomplished wicketkeeper-batters in women's cricket, amassing over 6,500 runs across formats and earning 104 dismissals. She was instrumental in England's victories in the 2009 and 2017 Women's World Cups and the inaugural Women's T20 World Cup in 2009.

Sarah Taylor's career was marked by exceptional achievements behind the stumps and with the bat. She holds the record for the fastest cricketer, male or female, to earn their first cap in all three formats of international cricket, doing so in just nine days in 2006.
