Sri Reddy Mallidi, known professionally as Sri Reddy, is an Indian actress and former video jockey primarily active in the Telugu film and television industry. Born on June 12, 1987, in Hyderabad, Telangana, she began her career as a news reader and later transitioned to acting. She made her film debut in 2011 with Nenu Nanna Abaddam and gained recognition for her roles in Aravind 2 and Zindagi . In 2018, she gained national attention for her protest against the casting couch in the Telugu film industry .

Career Life
Sri Reddy began her career in the entertainment industry as a news reader and later worked as a video jockey. She made her acting debut in 2011 with Nenu Nanna Abaddam, directed by Govind Varha. In 2013, she portrayed the female lead in the thriller Aravind 2, directed by Sekhar Suri. She also appeared in the Telugu film Zindagi alongside Challa Sai Varun. In 2018, Sri Reddy gained widespread attention for her protest against the casting couch in the Telugu film industry, which led to her being banned by the Movie Artistes Association .
